When I gave my builder the drawings and material details that Malcolm had prepared for planning and building control, he was so impressed that he was confident to order both the first storey floor beams and the roof joists, BEFORE breaking ground, massively reducing the overall build time from 12 weeks to just 4 , outstanding from Malcolm, I would highly, highly recommend Malcolms services.
