We normally then attend, view the project and discuss through the ideas and requirements.
Once appointed
We provide a letter of confirmation detailing points of payment and conditions.
The next process normally involves measuring the building to prepare Elevations and plans of the existing from which proposed elevations and Plans are prepared.
Application submissions
House extension ideas and House extension design Plans prepared as necessary
Completed House extension plans emailed across for your opinion.
Once satisfied the application is assembled and forms signed at a meeting.
Submission then deposited and we email updates as the decision process unfolds.
